Meet Chef/Owner James Brady
Chef James Brady brings over 20 years of culinary excellence to Spud Man Restaurant. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chef Brady honed his craft under the legendary Emeril Lagasse at Delmonico Restaurant in New Orleans, where he trained for five years.
His impressive career includes positions at Commander's Palace in New Orleans, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and various upscale establishments across the country. From 2013 to 2017, Chef Brady owned and operated Buffalo Jump Steakhouse in Riverton, earning a reputation for exceptional food and service.
Now with Spud Man, Chef Brady combines his fine dining expertise with a passion for comfort food, creating loaded baked potatoes that showcase his culinary skills and commitment to quality. His dedication to fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and customer satisfaction makes every visit to Spud Man a memorable experience.
