Spud Man is a locally owned and operated Wyoming business β a husband-and-wife team bringing over 20 years of culinary excellence and genuine hometown hospitality to every spud. We believe in good food, large portions, and treating our customers like neighbors.
James Brady, the owner and operator of Spud Man, is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over 20 years of culinary experience. He honed his skills in Las Vegas training under three James Beard Award-winning chefs, including the legendary Emeril Lagasse at Delmonico Steakhouse. James brings his extensive background in fine dining and steakhouse cuisine to Wyoming, focusing on exacting standards and exceptional food quality.
As the former owner of the Buffalo Jump Steakhouse and now Spud Man, James is dedicated to transforming the simple potato into a gourmet experience β creative flavor combinations, the best ingredients, and everything made fresh to order.
What started on Main Street in Riverton became a local legend β and the story is still growing. James and Daisy are looking to open soon at the Eastridge Mall food court in Casper, bringing the same legendary menu to a second Wyoming home.
